BENTON – Jean Evelyn Wiseman, age 78, of Benton and a former resident of Carrier Mills, passed away at 6:57 a.m. Friday, December 23, 2022, at the Benton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Mrs. Wiseman’s wishes were to be cremated.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the Leffler Funeral Home of Benton with Father Urban Osuji officiating. Family and friends may arrive any time after 9 a.m. on Saturday morning at the Leffler Funeral Home.

Jean will be placed with her late husband Bob, at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.

Cremation arrangements were through the Leffler Funeral Home of Benton.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franklin County Animal Shelter and will be accepted at the funeral home.
