BENTON – The following warrant information was released by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for publication on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

Twenty-seven-year-old Garrett R. King of Herrin is wanted for Failure to Appear-Burglary. His bond is set at $15,000.

Thirty-year-old McKenzie Nicholas Green of Whittington is wanted for Failure to Appear-Criminal Damage to Government Property. His bond is set at $20,000.

Forty-nine-year-old Theresa D. Rutland of Christopher is wanted for Failure to Appear-Possession of Meth. Her bond is set at $10,000. Her picture is not available.
