MARION – A woman was recently cited after meth and drug paraphernalia were found in the car she was a passenger in during a recent traffic stop in Williamson County.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office says the traffic stop was conducted on Monday, Oct. 30 at 9:30 a.m. on Cambria Road.

Deputies spoke with the driver and occupants of the vehicle. During the traffic stop, deputies discovered drug paraphernalia located in the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle located a white crystalline substance which later field tested positive for Methamphetamine.

A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Kelsey B. Lindsay, was cited for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Lindsay was taken to the Williamson County Jail.
