MCLEANSBORO – The City of McLeansboro reminds residents that your utility bill is due today. The shut off will be on Tuesday, Nov. 21.

According to a post on the City’s Facebook page, there was an issue with the postal service in St. Louis, so if you did not receive your bill, you should call City Hall for the amount due or stop by and get a reprint of your bill. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from payment or late charges. The city is not responsible for mail service.

You can pay online on at mcleansboro.smarthub.coop or at mcleansboro.us. You can also pay your bill with cash or check at City Hall weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. City Hall will be closed today in observance of Veteran’s Day. The city is not able to take any card for payment due to security issues.
