MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024.

Julie Predmore, 62, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property at Walmart on Feb. 14, 2024.

Thomas Pogue, 41, of Marion was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Methamphetamines on Feb. 14, 2023, in the area of West Stockton Street and Railroad Street.

Christopher Gibson, 41, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery, Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Feb. 14, 2024, in the 2200 block of Nichole Lane.

Pearl Lewis III, 43, of Marion was arrested for Battery in the 300 block of North Vicksburg Street on Feb. 15, 2024.
