BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024.

10-30-24 Luke A. Gundlach, age 19, of Belleville, IL was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

10-31-24 Frank J. Martin, age 58, of Benton was arrested for aggravated assault to a Peace Officer and resisting a Peace Officer.

11-2-24 Preston J. Baize, age 18, of West Frankfort was issued traffic citations for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

11-2-24 A male juvenile was arrested for two counts of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.

11-2-24 Matt D. Dunn, age 32, of Buckner was issued traffic citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to remain at the scene of an accident.

11-3-24 Codie E. Vickers, age 53, of Royalton was arrested for violation of a stalking no contact order.

11-4-24 Jeremy E. Johnson, age 29, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

11-4-24 Whitney R. Smith, age 33, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic control device.

11-5-24 Allen D. Rider, age 31, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

11-6-24 Thomas D. Holloway, age 44, of Benton was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle and driving while license suspended. Holloway was also issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic control device.

11-6-24 Miles D. Gass, age 38, of Marion was arrested for driving while license revoked and issued a traffic citation for speeding.

11-6-24 James A. Jones, age 42, of Logan was arrested for driving while license suspended. Jones was also issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

11-9-24 Carla S. Whitfield, age 31, of Freeman Spur was arrested for criminal damage to property.

11-9-24 Jessie C. Goins, age 40, of Benton was arrested for resisting a Peace Officer and obstructing identification. Goins also received traffic citations for operating a vehicle with an expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper use of an electronic device.

11-9-24 Codie E. Vickers, age 53, of Royalton was arrested for disorderly conduct and unlawful violation of a stalking no contact order.

11-10-24 Joshua P. Lefler, age 41, of Coello was arrested for battery.

11-10-24 Kevin C. Sehlke, age 36, of Benton was arrested for battery.

11-11-24 Kallie M. Reed, age 21, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

11-12-24 Sheila E. Moore, age 60, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

10-31-24 Kendra R. Whitecotton, age 38, of Carterville. Failure to appear for theft and a Williamson County failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

10-31-24 Carli S. Evrard, age 46, of Marion. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

11-1-24 Brandy R. Heater, age 28, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

11-1-24 Travis L. Jones, age 38, of Johnston City. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

11-2-24 Letrennis A. Patton, age 31, of Bellwood, IL. Douglas County failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

11-6-24 Jennifer K. Martines, age 54, of Benton. Failure to appear for battery.

11-6-24 Peggy S. Church, age 63, of Christopher. Failure to appear for retail theft.

11-7-24 Jennifer J. Cook, age 33, of Salem. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

11-7-24 Rhonda K. Milcarek, age 65, of West Frankfort. Contempt of court.

11-7-24 Gavin M. Mohring, age 24, of Thompsonville. Williamson County failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
