MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024. 

Robert Haney, 58, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Nov. 7, 2024.

Alyah Abernathy, 18, of Chicago was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Nov. 8, 2024.

Timothy Besix, 34, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft in the 500 block of East DeYoung Street on Nov. 8, 2024.

Timothy Besix, 34, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Land in the 300 block of East DeYoung Street on Nov. 9, 2024.

Harley Williams, 23, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration in the 700 block of North Court Street on Nov. 9, 2024.

Marife Galbraith, 52, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Kroger on Nov. 9, 2024.

Sean Lily, 30, of Herrin was arrested for Domestic Battery, Aggravated Battery in a Public Place, and Criminal Damage to Property in the 2800 block of Outer Drive on Nov. 9, 2024.

Teddy Hatley, 36, of Marion was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Misuse of 911 in the 500 block of North Market Street on Nov. 9, 2024.

Donna Tomanovich, 59, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at Walmart on Nov. 10, 2024.

Brooke Troxel, 35, of Carbondale was arrested for Aggravated Assault in the 2700 block of West Main Street on Nov. 11, 2024.

Jennifer Smith, 37, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 800 block of West Maplewood Street on Nov. 11, 2024.
