CHRISTOPHER – Judith Carol Miller, born January 6, 1937, in Christopher, passed away on December 23, 2025. She was the daughter of Robert Everett and Ina May (Steckenrider) Biby, who predeceased her.

A lifelong member of Eastern Star and a devoted member of Mulkeytown First Christian Church, Judith cherished her faith and community throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Dean Miller, on September 22, 2007.

Judith is survived by her three children: Melinda Marchetti (Valentine) of Mulkeytown, Terri Krelo (Jim) of Elkville, and Michael Miller (Suzanne) of Lady Lake, Florida. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Krista Menckowski (Anthony) of Royalton, Dianna Hubbard (John) of Valier, Jami Atwood (Nathan) of Herrin, J.J. Krelo (fiancé Rae Hanna) of Christopher, Jessica Krelo of DuQuoin, Joel Krelo of Elkville, and Brockton Miller (Haley) of Rockmart, Georgia; eleven great-grandchildren: Morgan Stagner (Christian Felty), Keeley Hubbard, Kael Krelo, Stella Krelo, Max Menckowski, Sylvia Krelo, Rosemary Atwood, Remmington Krelo, Kyla Krelo, Rio Krelo, and Penelope Miller; and one great-great-grandchild, Sophie Felty. Judith’s family spanned five living generations.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Gilbert Funeral Home in Christopher, with Rev. Kurt Jensen officiating. Visitation will take place the same day from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
